We’re now searching for a new community manager for Plan Z. Here is a brief rundown of what duties our community manager has:
- Maintain and manage all forms of communication in regards to Plan Z.
- Play close attention to messages that are sent by users via messaging applications, or comments that are made on social media platforms to collect feedback, or answer questions in regards to Plan Z.
- Work closely with the Project Leader in finding and creating creative ways to advertise new content to users.
- Lead a team of moderators in determining suspensions for users that break our terms and conditions, rules, and or guidelines that are set in place.
This position has direct reports to the Project Leader.
Some qualifications are:
- Past experience managing communities
- Past experience designing marketing material or advertisements is a plus
- Past experience using video editing software is a plus
- Past experience managing spreadsheets, charts, and writing reports is a plus
- Past experience using MySQL queries is a plus
- Past experience designing/managing Discord servers, bots, and using moderation commands is a plus
- Past experience designing/managing WordPress blogs, websites, or themes is a plus
- This position requires strong attention to detail
